"Really impressed with the hoodie quality"
I ordered a hoodie from postmalone.com after a mentally draining week, it was one of those small things that actually made me feel a bit better. The quality surprised me in a good way, the fabric is thick, soft, and doesn’t feel like that cheap, flimsy material you sometimes get online.
The print looks really clean too, and after a couple washes there hasn’t been any weird fading or cracking so far. Shipping was totally fine, nothing crazy, but the hoodie itself is why I’m giving it 5 stars

"I had to cancel my order..."
I had to cancel my order and expected the refund to take a while, so I was a little nervous. But it came back much sooner than I expected. From my experience, the whole process was really easy and I didn’t have to deal with any back-and-forth.

I had a little issue with my order from postmalone.com and figured it would be like every other online store where you send a message and wait forever. But they got back to me fast, and it actually seemed like a real person read what I wrote instead of sending the usual copy-paste reply.
They helped me get everything sorted without turning it into some big stressful thing. Everyone in customer service should just do it this way, honestly. Super friendly, simple, and way better than I expected. I’d definitely order from them again

I ordered from outside the US and the merch itself is nice. No complaints about the quality at all. But umm, the international shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for days, which was a bit frustrating. It did get here eventually, just later than I hoped. I’d maybe order again, but only if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.

I ordered a shirt from Post Malone and, not gonna lie, I was kind of confused at first because the color actually looked exactly like the pictures. Usually stuff shows up a weird shade or slightly faded, but this one was pretty much spot on. What I saw online is basically what I got, so I’m happy with it

I checked postmalone.com for a shirt I’d been wanting and, somehow, it was still in stock in my size. Checkout was easy too, as far as I remember. it was just nice not running into the usual merch site thing where everything decent is already sold out.
